Updated 20th October 2021
LIFEM is following Government advice and guidance to help keep visitors, staff, exhibitors and artists as safe as possible, and to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Buying Tickets for exhibition & concerts
In the event that we need to cancel the festival or certain events, due to Government-imposed restrictions or illness, refunds will be issued.
Tickets will be available to purchase at Blackheath Halls box office and at St Michael & All Angels Church on the day, although we would recommend that you book in advance where possible.
Trying out instruments is obviously an integral part of LIFEM, and many visitors attend in order to do this. However, it is the responsibility of the individual stand holder to decide on their own policy.
LIFEM will be providing two UVC Steriliser Cabinets in the exhibition space. The use of these is of course optional, and they will be available for use by any exhibitors or visitors. The units use UVC lighting to quickly and effectively sterilise the contents, with no harsh chemicals or temperatures required. The process is simple, and safe for musical instruments.
Signs & symptoms
If you experience any symptoms related to Covid-19 (high temperature, continuous cough, a loss or change to smell or taste) then please stay at home and self-isolate for ten days.
We realise it may not always be possible, but we ask that you respect social distancing where you can while at LIFEM. Concerts have unreserved seating, but there is plenty of space inside the church, including the balcony seating, and our stewards will be on hand to help guide audience members.
You will find sanitiser at various points around the venues. Please feel free to use them as often or as much as you like.
The wearing of masks is no longer mandatory, however this is your decision.
