Andy Kershaw is a tuba player who specialises in historically-informed performance on period low brass instruments. This workshop will be an introduction to the charms of this wonderful early brass instrument, the Serpent. Andy Will demonstrate the instruments on sale from the Early Music Shop and will offer help and tips for anyone looking to play the serpent or delve into us history and use from the 1590s to the present day.
