Demonstrating the instruments will be Jacob Heringman, acclaimed lutenist who, together with Susanna Pell (viol) forms the duo Pellingmans’ Saraband. Jacob and Susanna will perform together to demonstrate these instruments – and if you’re interested in hearing the viol in more detail, make sure to attend their other session on Thursday, where Susanna will go into more detail on The Early Music Shop’s viol range.
