Join percussionist Jordan Murray (Ranagri, Stroma) for an introduction to the frame drum. Together, you will discover some of the techniques used for playing frame drum in early music, both with your hands and with a beater. If you’d like to inject some rhythm into your playing, this is the workshop for you!
Drums of various sizes will be available to use in the workshop, courtesy of The Early Music Shop – and participants will have the option to purchase a drum for a special discounted rate after the session.
